Twist Out the Whole Core — Seeds, Stem and Pith — in One Motion
If stuffed pepper night starts with ten minutes of digging seeds out with a paring knife, the SteelCore Corer ends that. Press the serrated crown head onto a bell pepper, apple, or pear, give it one clockwise twist, and the entire core lifts out inside the steel cylinder — seeds and all, straight into the trash. No scraping. No seeds scattered across your counter.
Stop Gutting Peppers with a Knife and Chasing Seeds Around the Sink
A paring knife hacks off half the flesh you paid for. A spoon smears seeds deeper into the pepper. And plastic corers bend, snap, and end up in the junk drawer by month two. SteelCore cuts a clean cylinder around the core and pulls the whole plug out — so you keep every edible bite and skip the mess entirely.
➤ Removes the whole core in one twist: Just push down and turn. The serrated crown teeth cut a full circle around seeds, stem, and pith, and the entire plug lifts out in one piece — nothing left to scrape.
➤ One-piece welded SUS 304 stainless steel: No plastic to snap, no seams or joints for pulp to hide in. It's a single rust-resistant piece of steel that rinses clean under the tap in seconds.
➤ Looped steel handle keeps your grip steady: The wide 6.3-inch loop gives you two-finger control and even pressure on the twist — no slipping, no forcing, no sore wrist after a full tray of peppers.
Why the Crown Head Beats a Knife, a Spoon, and Every Plastic Corer
The 3.5cm crown head is ringed with serrated points that bite into produce the moment you press down. As you twist, those teeth slice a clean cylinder around the core instead of crushing through it — which is why the plug comes out whole, and why the pepper, apple, or pear around it stays intact for stuffing, slicing, or rings.
Compare that to a knife (wastes flesh), a spoon (smashes seeds deeper), or a plastic corer (bends on the first thick-skinned pepper). One piece of welded 304 steel does the job cleaner — and it's still doing it years from now.
Why Home Cooks Who Meal Prep Swear by SteelCore
"I figured it was another drawer gadget I'd use twice. Eight stuffed peppers later — no knife, no seeds all over the counter, cores out before the oven finished preheating. Works much better than trying to core a pepper with a knife." — Karen M. That's the pattern: skeptical at checkout, converted by the first Sunday meal prep.
Be the Cook Who Gets Dinner Prepped While Everyone Else Is Still De-Seeding
✓ A tray of peppers cored before the oven preheats: One twist per pepper. Stuffed peppers, fajitas, and jalapeño-style poppers stop being the recipe you avoid on weeknights.
✓ Zero wasted produce: The crown cuts only the core cylinder — you keep the full walls of the pepper and every bite of the apple instead of carving them away.
✓ Cleanup measured in seconds, not scrubbing: Tap the core into the trash, rinse the steel under running water, hang it on a hook. Done.
How It Works: Press, Twist, Lift — That's the Whole Job
Step 1: Center the crown head over the pepper's stem or the fruit's core. (For long produce like cucumber or bitter melon, cut it into segments first.)
Step 2: Press down and turn clockwise. The serrated teeth cut around the core to the depth you choose.
Step 3: Lift straight up — the whole core comes out held inside the cylinder. Tap it into the trash and move to the next one.

Got Questions? Here's the Truth About SteelCore
Does it push the seeds down into the pepper?
No — that's the spoon-and-knife problem this fixes. The crown teeth cut around the seed cluster, and the whole plug lifts out held inside the cylinder, so seeds leave with the core instead of falling in.
What size produce does it fit?
The head is 3.5cm (1.38") across — sized for bell pepper cores, apples, pears, and cucumber-width produce. For very slim chilis, it removes the full top rather than just the vein.
Is it a pain to clean?
It's one welded piece of steel with no joints, springs, or crevices — pulp has nowhere to hide. Rinse it under the tap or drop it in the dishwasher.
Will it rust or dull?
SUS 304 is the same food-grade stainless used in quality cookware — it resists rust and the serrated teeth hold their bite through daily use.
Where do I store it?
The looped handle hangs on any kitchen hook or rail, or slips flat into a utensil drawer — it's 6.3 inches long and takes up less room than a peeler.
