Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of being placed.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

All sales of customized or personalized products are final. Cancellations and refunds are not available for these items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

  • If the return is not due to product damage, shipping issues, or product defects, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Important:
Any return package sent to an address other than the one provided by our customer service team will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

A refund will be issued within 3 business days of receiving your returned order.

EXCHANGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order.

If your cancellation request is submitted within 4 hours and before the order has been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Please note:
Once the 4-hour window has passed or the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Fees – Non-Refundable

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and dispatched.

This includes all standard and expedited shipping services. Once the carrier has been engaged and the shipment has left our facility, the shipping cost is considered fulfilled and cannot be reimbursed, as these charges are paid directly to the shipping carrier.

If a refund is approved for the product itself, the original shipping fee will not be included in the refunded amount.

For orders placed with upgraded or expedited shipping options (such as Super Fast Delivery), the additional shipping fee is also non-refundable once the order has shipped.
